Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Hunza Explorers, your ultimate travel companion. Before you book your tour with us, please read through our terms and conditions carefully. By booking a tour with us, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Payment:
To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance can be paid via bank transfer before the start of the tour. We will soon start accepting online payments with credit card or PayPal, which will provide a more convenient and secure payment option for our customers.

In case bank transfer or online payment is not feasible, we may allow cash payments upon arrival in Pakistan, subject to approval and evaluation on a case-by-case basis. However, we recommend that customers avoid carrying large amounts of cash for safety and convenience reasons.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in making the payment process as smooth and secure as possible.

Cancellation and Refunds:
If you need to cancel your tour, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start of the tour will receive a full refund, but with deduction of any applicable service charges and transfer fees. Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the start of the tour will receive a 50% refund, again with deduction of any applicable service charges and transfer fees. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start of the tour will not receive a refund.

Please note that any service charges or transfer fees will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation and will depend on the specific circumstances of your booking. Additionally, we reserve the right to deduct any non-recoverable costs incurred on your behalf, such as hotel reservations or transportation, from the refund amount.

We understand that unexpected events can happen, but we encourage you to inform us of any cancellations as soon as possible so that we can make any necessary arrangements and minimize any losses. Thank you for choosing Hunza Explorers, and we hope to provide you with a memorable travel experience.

While we will provide you with general information about the cultural norms and laws of the areas you will be visiting, it is ultimately your responsibility to understand and comply with any specific rules and regulations.

Please note that laws and customs can vary widely depending on the region and community, and some practices that may be acceptable in your home country may not be acceptable in Pakistan. For example, dress codes, religious practices, and social etiquette may differ from what you are accustomed to.
We encourage you to do some research on the cultural norms and laws of the places you will be visiting, and to be respectful and courteous towards the local people and their customs.
